Job Description:
1. Candidate with 1-2 year experience in International call center.
2. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
3. To Provide Technical support for VEC and VBC portals.
Communicate status and resolution details to customers through calls and
emails. Investigate and resolve tickets related to user training issue.
