Requirement Skills:
1. Hands-on experience in working
with enterprise grade data warehousing, ETL based systems.
2. Experience in at least one
programming language such as Java, C, SQL, Perl, Shell scripting.
3. Experience in performance tuning
of Java applications, query optimization
4. Understanding of Big Data,
Hadoop concepts. Experience in working with Java applications
5. Hands-on experience in Web
Services, XML technologies
6. Excellent ability to liaise with
multiple groups – architects, DBA’s, developers, ops etc. – to collaboratively
troubleshoot performance issues, and resolve bottlenecks.
7. In-depth understanding of RDBMS
concepts, and expertise in writing advanced SQL queries.
8. Must be a self-starter, and
possess the drive to lead medium to complex performance engineering initiatives
under minimum supervision.
