Job description:
IBM’s BTIT as a unit has over 300+ resources, we have 100+ development resources, and we belong to the CIO organization. Internally we support different domains and each
domain is supported by executive and in turn we render our support to transform. We
started in 2008 with HC of 4 and currently and the Current cap is 404.Cognos Developer
Technical skills required:
1.Good knowledge of SQL [creating/modifying queries] and any RDBMS.
2.Good knowledge of Database tools (for querying, creating, updating)
3.Good in algorithm development and also in debugging already written components.

Other skills:
1.Good written and oral communication
2.PHP Developer

Qualifications:
1.Experience writing highly-scalable web-based applications
2.Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms and best coding
practices, preferably in PHP
3.Be uncompromising when it comes to quality of your software
4.Work in a large team environment working with really smart developers, and able to
establish and defend your designs and ultimately identify the optimal solution
5.Be meticulous about your research and use of the best technology to solve your
problem
