Job Responsibilities :
1.Assure quality of service is delivered within the expected SLA and KPI.
2.Assure delivery of patches and upgrade in line with Business needs and VIT IS
change management processes.
3.Owns Application Incident and Problem management knowledge enhancing reduction costs due to 3rd parties vendors L3 engagement Report to the assigned VT IS Service Owner
4.Interact with peers L2 team responsible of other layers ( e.g. Infrastructure or Network )
5.Facilitate discussion across multiple L2 support team and L3 vendor in joined troubleshooting of Prio 1/2/3 Issues - Problems
6.Identify and implement best practice and process improvements with 3rd parties for change management processes
7.Interact with VT IS CAB for changes approvals
8.Contribute to the overall performance and success of the service
9.Team up with other departments for problem and incident resolution
10.Responsible for managed Application Operations in terms of 11.configuration, changes, implementation rollout and preparation for
12.Act as a team player, actively share knowledge across the team.
Required Skills :
1.Understanding of IT Service Management disciplines in line with IT industry standards and best practices, e.g. ITIL
2.Excellent communication capabilities to provide verbal  and written rapid and
concise summaries of complex scenarios
3.Excellent English knowledge
4.Documented Team working capabilities
5.Proven Linux knowledge to perform AO troubleshooting
6.Strong communication skills in order to drive the various 7.operationally required communication processes with the environments .
