Key Responsibilities:
1.Should have excellent working
experience in Windows 2003, 2008 & 2012
2.Good working experience in setup
& maintain AD, DNS, and DHCP
3.AD Replication monitoring and
regular health checks to be performed
4.Design and implement effective
group policy based on the client infrastructure
5.Ability to setup and maintain the
failover cluster
6.Good exposure in managing the AWS
cloud environment
7.Handling of cloud migration
projects
8.Provide solution using the AWS
cloud components. (VPN, Cloud trail etc)
9.Capable of handling the Severity
1 & 2 Incident and provide RCA
10.Excellent trouble shooting skill
on Windows infrastructure and provide permanent fix
11.Knowledge in server hardening
and policy compliance management
12.Strong working knowledge of ITIL
Incident, Problem and Change Management
13.Ability to mentor the L1 &
L2 Windows administrators
14.Should have good verbal &
written skill
15. Ability to create technical
documents and KB
