1.You will be responsible to manage
the SLA from end user perspective. You need to be equipped with monitoring
dashboard around application/network/security.
2.Monitor alerts queue.
3.In case of an incidence, you will
be responsible carrying out the incidence management
4.Assisting teams in root cause
analysis.
5.Assist DevOps and Infrastructure
Engineering team in break fix.
6.Develop run books, documentation
and process.
7.Observe and report traffic and
alert patterns.
8. Identify the scope of automating
manual work.

Educational Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

You (Must Haves):
1.Must be willing to work in 24x7 shift
environment (rotating basis)
2.Working knowledge in Linux and
UNIX administration.
3.Working knowledge of scripting
language - bash or perl or php. (minimum 1, more will be a plus)
4.Experience with setting up
monitoring framework like Nagios, Graphite or Ganglia etc.
5.Basic debugging skill of network,
understanding of Layer 4-7 protocol such as HTTP, SSL, DNS, etc
6.Good understanding of Apache,
jvm, heap, SLA, TAT etc.
7.Prior experience of support and a
quick learner.
8.Excellent multitasking skills and
communication skills - both verbal and written.
9.Good individual performer and a
team player.
10.Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science or related field
