Role
1.Technically lead project through
all stages of the project life cycle, including requirements understanding
& analysis, estimation, design, development and acceptance testing
2.Work closely with Enterprise
Architecture team, System Analyst, Product Owners and come up with high level
and low level design
3.Develop/extend critical/framework
components whenever required and create proof of concepts for new/unknown
requirements/technologies
4Conduct code reviews and take the
responsibility for overall code quality, coach and mentor team members
5.Prepare and review Design
Documentation, Perform SCM operations – branching, merging, tagging, conflict
resolution
6.Study upcoming tools and
technologies and use them to improve existing solutions and processes.
7.Comply with organizations processes
and policies. Protect organization’s intellectual property. Also, participate
in organization level process improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.

1.Experience of working in
Mobile/Payments application Domain
2.Hands on experience of working
with tools like Mockito, JBehave, Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence, JIRA
3.Hands on experience of
technologies like JSF, JSTL, AJAX, JQuery, WS-Security, Spring Security, Log4j
