Job Description :
1.This role will work independently and in
collaboration with the Corporate Platform leaders, Technical leads, and other
stakeholders across the organization to provide IBM Emptoris (Contract
Management) technical development and support.
This will involve:
2.Working within an
Offshore/Onshore delivery model
3.Ability to lead complete software
development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuring, programming and
unit testing
4.Ability to work independently
with users, partners, and executives to provide world class Emptoris services.
5.Capability to handle day to day
end user support, SLA management and release management
6.User administration, content
administration & system administration tasks
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Experience :5+ years
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities :
1.Fostering and maintaining strong client relationships to meet expected
customer service levels
2.Working with internal team to
identify business issues, problems and/or enhancements and provide highly
innovative and creative solutions that achieve quality and process improvements
with available hardware, software, databases and peripherals
3.Working with Vendor to manage
Emptoris hosted environment, ensuring patches and upgrades are effectively
implemented at Nielsen
