Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Work with R&D on feature
requests, bug fixes, build releases and other items associated with Aspect’s
software products
2.Prepare and participate in the
weekly Network Maintenance Window
3.Build and configure of new
servers and services
4.Maintain server images and the
associated imaging infrastructure
5.Linux and Windows: install,
configure, and update packages/applications
6.Install/maintain multiple product
builds across the network
7.Work with product configurations
to optimize for hosted network performance
8.Add/configure voice application
resources as needed
9.Plan and implement changes or
additions in hosted network as needed to meet customer traffic demands
10.Update files as needed to keep
hosted network normalized across data centers
11.Create and monitor automation
scripts
12.Work with Product and Project
Management internally to meet customer deadlines for deployments and upgrades
13.Work with QA to get new builds
pushed to the network
14.Work with Customer Support to
resolve customer issues.
15.Work with all departments when
issues arise that need immediate attention.
16.Create detailed procedural
documentation
Educational Qualifications
:Bachelor’s Degree
Experience : Freshers or
Experienced
Location :Bangalore
Preferred:
1.An extensive knowledge of the
Linux operating system
2.Knowledge of BASH, Ruby, PHP
3.A solid understanding of DNS
4.Working familiarity with Mac OS X
5.Familiarity with network
monitoring suites such as Solarwinds, Nagios, and Splunk
6.Active Directory
7.Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
in relevant field of study (Information Technology, Computer Science, or
