Job Description
1.Conducting qualitative (secondary
and primary) and quantitative research and on a variety of areas and
prepare standard or custom
products.
2. Structure problems and plan
delivery along with stakeholders.
3.Lead projects (based on
experience), guide junior team members, performing quality checks on their
output, and give feedback as
required.
4.Liaison with onshore colleagues
to drive workflow, training and best practices.
5.Client communication via emails,
phone and conference calls.
6.Contribute actively in team
discussions and work on various group specific strategic initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
:MBA/PGDM , M.Tech - Any Specialization
Experience : 4-6 yrs
Location :Noida
Responsibilities :
1.
Strong experience in each of areas of research data compilation,
analysis, synthesis and presentation,
with high skill in drawing insights
from information.
Cross industry and/or ad hocs
background is preferred.
2.Very good knowledge of
accounting, financial statements and ratios.
3.Project, people and client management
experience is necessary.
4.Should have excellent writing
skills the individual is required to write reports.
5.Functional Knowledge of databases
(including excel plug-ins) e.g. Gartner, Hoovers, Rainking,
OneSource/Avention, Capital IQ, BvD
or other sources.
6.Ability to understand the link
between client needs, data and its application.
7.Excellent interpersonal, oral
communication and persuasion skills.
8.Good innovative thinking
abilities and solution-oriented approach to work.
9. Should be very comfortable with
MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
10.Knowledge of SQL desirable.
11.Financial modelling experience
strongly preferred
