Skills:
1.Computer Science and/or Business
College degree with Accounting focus
2.Manufacturing or Distribution
industry software experience

General Ledger
Credit Card Processing

Freight/Tax Management
3.Knowledge of best practices for
month-end and/or year-end closing reconciliations
4.Familiarity with financial
reporting including Operating Statements & Balance Sheets
5.Manufacturing and/or distribution
business process flow knowledge and experience
6.Call center experience preferred
7.Microsoft Products, System
Administration, MS-SQL, Installation, Printing, Crystal Reports, additional
technical knowledge of network environments and/or operating systems will be
highly valued.

1.Responsible for documenting the
replication path of software issues and using knowledge base systems.
2.Self-starter abilities are
essential and the aptitude to work independently and in a team environment.
3.Acts as a liaison between end
user and appropriate internal resources.
4.Attends on-going training
sessions to ensure a higher level of technical and application knowledge.
5.Performs other related work as
assigned.
6.Excellent interpersonal skills
7.Proven ability to troubleshoot
manufacturing/distribution concepts in a software package.
8.Experience troubleshooting
software issues via telephone and use of remote support access to provide a
resolution to the end user.
9.Fluent English, both oral and
written
