RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Plan, implement and optimize the
Pipeline Generation Strategy
2.Generate, nurture, qualify and
track prospects through strategic campaigns
3.Collaborate with regional sales
managers to ensure initiatives meet sales team needs
4.Develop and communicate a
business development/marketing strategy that executes against goals of creating
contacts and boosting pipeline for the sales organization.
5.Partner with Boston and
International Marketing teams to track and analyze ROI and effectiveness of
campaigns for prioritization of resources; In order to create new campaigns and
optimize existing campaigns based on campaign results
6.Partner with 3rd party agency
partners to develop demand generation plans, governance processes and campaign
management
7.Identifies new marketing
technologies and utilizes existing technologies (Marketing Automation, CRM,
8.Content Management System, Web Analytics, and Reporting) to streamline
marketing operations and maximize funnel conversion
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1.Proven experience designing,
implementing & managing a solid schedule of marketing campaigns
2.Experience with digital marketing
solutions for demand generation, including SEO/SEOM, and associated best
practices
3.Technical background or
high-comfort level with technical products, a plus
4.Familiar with Salesforce.com for
sales and contact management, and further engagement
5.Able to demonstrate strong
project management, budget management, and organizational skills
6.Strong written, verbal
communication, and presentation skills
7.Strong leadership, teamwork, and
interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal marketing/sales
stakeholders and external agencies
8.Experience in IT\Software\SAAS
industries an advantage
