
Business Understanding:
1.To coordinate, facilitate, and
lead the restoration of service for all incidents reported by bFO Expert
Agent/DCE Incident Manager.
2.Responsible for resolution of all
operating issues and major outages, including failures and service level
degradation.
3.Assists in the preparation and
distribute incident notifications as well as end of impact, incident summaries
and root cause analysis documentation.
4.Works with other teams to create
and maintain Incident Management Process.
5.Works with teams to create and
track metrics on incident management while producing metrics, trending and
reporting.
6.Ability to work under pressure
and with conflicting priorities
7.An understanding of the SE
customer & internal teams to provide fast and effective resolution to Incidents
8.Due to 24x7x365 operation, must
be willing to be available for out of hours work.
Educational Qualifications :MCA or
BTech
Location :Haryana-Gurgaon
Experience : 4-8 years
technical skills :
1. Experience in Application
management essential Ability to learn how to use IPC tools Web / Internet /
Intranet user knowledge
2.Exposure to SE apps like bFO,
MySE, CCC etc.
3.Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Ability to continually deliver and a high regard for
quality service
4.Knowledge of Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) Ability to initiate self- education to improve skill levels
Understand and follow Incident / Problem / Change Management procedures
5.Strong design and development
skills. Ability to design and develop flows.
