Educational Qualifications : A

Experience required: 3-5 years

Experience:
1.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Business Administration or a related discipline and 8-10 years of
experience in the software industry.
2.Minimum of 3-5 years of Scrum /
Agile experience required with an excellent 3.working knowledge of the Scrum
framework, processes, roles and responsibilities as a Scrum Master or Product
owner.
4.Solid understanding of the
software development life cycle, architecture and design, software
craftsmanship, devops and test automation strategies.
5.Global experience in providing
business transformation and other business consultancy services
6.SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
preferred.
7.Certified Scrum Master (CSM),
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified 8.Scrum Professional (CSP),
Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) a plus.
9.Expert in software development life
cycle, architecture and design, software craftsmanship, devops and test
automation strategies preferred
