
Job Description :
1.Work with others to plan, low to
moderate complexity system maintenance and installation work.
2.Manage, prioritize, and respond
to low to moderate complexity inquiries.
3.Implement daily production
schedule activities across all platforms.
4.Perform routine, day-to-day
procedural activities for low or moderately complex incidents and situations,
which may include recovery support to the rest of Operations.
5.Collect operational data and
create/maintain operational, compliance, regulatory, and control documentation.
6.Fulfill standard work requests
(e.g. job scheduling requests of low to moderate complexity).
7.Identify and rectify the basic
operational exceptions and error conditions. Manage the diagnosis and
resolution of low to moderate complexity events or incidents. Make changes and
recommendations for improvement, when appropriate.
8.Conduct investigations into low
to moderate complexity operational problems and make proposals for improvement
and automation.
9.Initiate documenting detailed
operational procedures with appropriate technical input.
10.Works under general direction,
guided by assignment objectives and follows protocol using the following:

management of batch processing utilizing ESP

Job Qualifications :
1.1+ years of experience in
Mainframe Technologies especially job scheduling tools such as ESP, JCL and
Good experience in TSO/ISPF, SDF and/or SAR
2.1+ years of business and/or IT
related experience including process analysis skills
3.Applies knowledge of computer
applications such as Excel, Business Objects, PowerPoint, etc
4.Applies general knowledge of
Mainframe systems, ESP, systems monitoring
5.Gaining general knowledge of
business area's processes including best practices in order to support the area's
projects, products and services.
6.Effective communication in
working with others in everyday situations; ability to interact effectively
with internal and external customers which results in enhanced teamwork and the
sharing of knowledge.
7.Applies ability to leverage
learned technical skills in support of team objectives
8.Applies problem solving skills to
continuously improve business outcomes
9.Demonstrate and foster a sense of
