1.Assisting in the operations of
Foreign Subsidiary of Newgen Software
2.Technologies Limited and
finalization of various accounts, handled P&L Account, Trial Balance and
Balance sheet pertaining to audit undertaken by US Auditor, while ensuring
adherence to accounting norms within time bound schedule.
3.Preparing Monthly MIS for Revenue
of foreign subsidiary for the Investors.
4.Preparing Monthly Financials as
per US GAAP for the Management.
5.Monitoring Accounting maintained
as per US GAAP
6.Making Budgets for the management
which helps management to provide a financial framework for the decision making
process
7.Preparing various reports to
facilitate decision-making and fruitful dissemination of information.
8.Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
as per New Companies Act 2013.
9.Incumbent would also be
responsible for compliances and tax related matters sales tax, income tax and
service tax.

MBA,CA,Any Graduate

1.The candidate should be a CA with

2.He should possess good knowledge
of financial & cost accounting concepts, accounting standards, Income tax
provisions.
3.He should have working knowledge
