1. Provide Standard Installation
and Operations support for Storage/Data Protection Systems.
2. Alert Management, Diagnosis,
Troubleshooting and repair.
3. Execute change requests for
production Storage/Data Protection changes
4.Required to follow Standard
Operating Procedures to perform maintenances.
5.Setting up backups for Servers
and Storage systems and performing restores as needed
6.On-Call pager support as needed
7.Case Management and Follow up
with Vendors for Root Cause Analysis and closing issues.
8.Service Assurance and Ticket
handling.
9. Documentation and creating run
books.
Experience : Freshers and
experienced

1. BS with Decent Sound System
Admin Skills
2.Typically 1 to 3+ years of
industry experience
3. Familiarity with RAID, inode
structure, NFS fundamentals
4.Troubleshooting and repair of
Storage Systems skills.
5.Alert Management, Diagnosis,
Troubleshooting and repair of Storage Systems.
6. May apply project management
skills.
