1.Total experience of 4 to 6 years
with at least 2 years of relevant experience of people management
2.Graduate or PG with above

3.Experience of mentoring,
coaching, project planning, conflict management, change management, etc.
4.Comfortable to work in rotational
shifts
5.Experience in Six Sigma, SQL/VB,
MS Office
