Job Description :
1.Technical Architect, who can
coordinate and interface with different regionally separated implementation
teams.

utility verticals and domains and emerge as an SME in the respective area.
3.Ability to take up Architectural
definitions and reviews, design/deliverable reviews, POCs and Demos.
4..Analysis and Research in
evolving product and takes individual technical ownership of the
projects/products.
5.Will be involved in Solutioning
complex architecture.
6.Helps determine how technology
can be applied to meet the business needs.
7.Experience in designing product
modules and systems.
8.Experience with MVC frameworks
(Spring & Struts)
9.Strong OO design patterns and
concepts
10.Expertise in Data structures and
algorithms
11.Working knowledge with JPA frame
works (Hibernate)
12.Expertise in performance and
security issues analysis and resolutions
13.Experience in leading the
technical teams for application development, for a minimum of 3 years
14.Good knowledge about responsive
and adaptive design
15.Experience with Rules based work
flow engines development and functional programming
16.Writing design documents and
performing formal code reviews
17.Must be savvy with design and
deployment of business applications

Technical Skills :
1.Should have developed web
applications, enterprise applications and integration projects of medium
complexity in the past using UI techniques.
2.Should have good experience with
jQuery and HTML5.
3.Should be an avid learner of new
technologies, innovate and demonstrate this attribute.
4..Awareness of database SQL/PLSQL
is an advantage.
5.Should be conversant with agile
and should have lead small teams end-to-end.
