
Responsibilities :
1.Undertake L1 and L2 tooling
support incidents and implemented standard changes adhereing to commited SLAs.
2.Mitigate Business risk through
timely management of Tool operational issues and Tool user support requests
such as service break-fixes and Major incident handling.
3.Participate in the roll-out of
Agile Tools within Barclays.
4.Supports the development of the
Tool Services with timely tool upgrades aligned to the Tools Strategy and
improve service efficiencies.
5.Support development of
reproducible KPI’s and metrics to determine the success of the Tools team and
Barclays projects to achieve the advantages and efficiencies promised through
the tools use.
Educational Qualification :
B.E/B.TECh MCA
Experience : Experienced

Application incident/outage resolutions, aiming to keep the user impact to a
minimum.
6.Monitor the Tool Application
services pro-actively to minimise any Tool Application outage impacts
7.Maintain required KPI MI for the
tools and necessary reporting.
8.Support the rollout and coverage
increase of the tools to new Project, actively looking for new opportunities to
exploit.
9.Identify and confirm cost
effeciencies achieved
