Job Description :
1.Act as lead in Networking and
related technologies in developing future products or enhancing existing ones
in the Product Engineering organization
2.Design, deployment, and ongoing
support of Managed Hosting & Cloud network infrastructure
3.Provides advanced technical and
engineering support for internal groups and customers
4.Assist cross functional teams in
troubleshooting and problem identification
5.Evaluate and analyze systems,
performance, issues and metrics in order to provide recommendations for service
improvements
6.Diagnose, solve and provide root
cause analysis for hardware and network related issues
7.Must have experience of being the
technical lead in troubleshooting efforts that have engaged vendors and/or
customers
8.24x7 escalation support
9.Adhere to proper escalation and
change control procedures

Skills :
1.Highly experienced in Cisco
WAN/LAN routing and switching
2.Highly experienced in application
delivery controllers (F5, Netscaler, Stingray, ACE/etc.)
3.Highly experienced in security
& VPN solutions
4.Experience with Cisco routers,
switches, Cisco UCS, Cisco Fabric Extenders, Cisco Fabric Interconnects
5.Experience managing, supporting and
architecting large, complex Cisco network solutions
6.Network skills including the
following technologies and protocols:
TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, 10/40/100Gbps switched Ethernet, MPLS
7.Must have intimate knowledge of
link aggregation, spanning tree (all forms),span/rpan and tracing network
issues from reviewing wireshark captures
8.IPv6 dual stack and tunneling in
a production capacity is highly desirable
9.Documentation skills to include
creating and updating detailed network environment design, installation, and
support documentation
10.CCIE certification preferred
11.Scripting & Programming
experienced to API’s preferred
12.SDN (software defined
networking) experience preferred
13Experience in a virtualized
environment preferred (VMware, HyperV/etc.)
14.Experience working with IP
Registries and getting public blocks approved would be advantageous
