1.Provide Voice support (Ask HR) to
employees of India, Singapore and other locations for queries related to
Workday, Payroll, Policies and any other HR related queries.
2.Open tickets on
behalf of employees on the case tool - ServiceNow.
3. Perform various listed
transactions in Workday on behalf of employees and HR Ops.
4. Perform Workday HRIS
transactional activities support and Audits Perform Workday Pending Transaction
Followups Provide Testing support during Workday upgrades.
5.Perform Hiring on
workday Adhoc HR and Workday support activities
