2.She/he would co-ordinate with
necessary Internal and External stake holders during the shift for safe and smooth operations and during all
contingencies.
3.Co-ordinate with the Internal
Stakeholder for the upkeep if facilities ensuring passenger convenience.
Educational Qualifications : Any
Graduate
Experience : Freshers or
experienced

Accountabilities :
1.Coordinate all defects reported
with ref to passenger facilities, airport ambience upkeep. and coordinated
and accounted for
2.Ensure & coordinate Information and Transfer
desk manning by service providers
3.Ensure Airlines are using CUSS
Kiosks
4.Co-ordinate with internal and
external agencies involved during any VIP movements
5.Facilitate Passengers and collect
feedback on their experience about the airport.
6.Ensure Airlines/ GHA are using
the allotted resources.
7.Daily Co-ordinate for smooth flow
of passengers at the congestions points. Collect data for the management as in
when asked to improve/enhance the processes.
8.Co-ordinate with CISF, Customs,
Immigration and APHO at Arrivals & Departures for hassle free
operations on day to day basis and
during any emergencies & exigencies
9.Co-ordinate with the Airlines/GH,
Customs and Airside operations to meet Baggage delivery as per Airport service
standards.
10.Participate and co-ordinate
activities for passenger engagement during ASQ surveys. Act on
the action plan suggested and approved by the Sr. management to achieve ASQ
parameters under TOPS
11.Assist the Executive / Manager
on shift at the Haj terminal during operations ensuring Hajjis are facilitated.
12.Handling Public announcement
system during the shift and adhere to
the guidelines of emergency ,evacuation announcements.
