Job Description :
1.Complete the tasks assigned within the time allocated.
2.Ensure the tasks completed meets high quality and the service level standards.
3.Assist the conveyancing team to accomplish the organizational goal.
4.Managing a mixed caseload of client matters subject to appropriate supervision.
5.Assisting and enabling team members to achieve business targets.
6.Creating, preparing and managing conveyancing files and drafting contracts, checking property titles, preparing initial reports to clients and solicitors on initial paperwork and documentation on behalf of client / LSG in agreed deadlines.
7.Carrying, conducting and analyzing various property searches and reporting the same based on the instructions given.
8.Preparing and finalizing Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns, land registration and dealing with discharge of registered charges.
9.Providing the Management / Team Leader / Supervisor / any other person appointed by the company, with regular updates on conveyancing issues and deal with complaints appropriate to job role, escalating where appropriate.
10.Produce reports, updates and attend meetings as directed by the Head of Department / Management / Team Leader / Supervisor / any other person appointed by the company.
11.Manage and monitor workload for self.
12.Work unsupervised with little reference to the management on day to day issues.
13.Undertake any other reasonable duties allocated to the role from time to time.
14.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications or other self-study techniques.
15.Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
16.Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.

job Profile :
1.The jobholder should be a graduate in Law, with excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) in English and fair computer knowledge (MS Office).
2.Should be capable of analyzing and interpreting legal documents and terminology.
3.The jobholder should possess passion and enthusiasm to do legal research and investigation. A good approach towards attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines with capability to work under pressure are a must.
4.Apart from the above, the jobholder is expected to have exceptional commitment and determination and should enjoy and initiate teamwork.
5.The candidates will have to undergo a training for six months before being absorbed into permanent employment. A stipend will be paid during the training period as consolidated amount. The training period would include three months of classroom sessions and two months On the Job Training, followed by written tests and evaluation.
