Position Summary:
1.Constant Fraud Monitoring of ALL
transacting merchants on a Daily basis.
2.Review merchant daily submission
and make decision to pay or suspend merchant payment / account and
review appropriate risk operation.
3.Investigate held / suspended
payments with merchant and other internal
4.Liaising with various internal
departments, such as merchant research team, tech / maintenance team, dispute
team, merchant services team on a daily
5.Ensure timely & accurate
dispatch of merchant payments pan-I
6.End-to-end closure of all payment
related queries.
7.Chargeback to fraud ratio
analysis, transaction ratio analysis and management working on geo-tagging process and
analysis.
Educational Qualification : B.com /
M.com / M.B.A
Experience : Experienced and
freshers
Location : Gurgaon
Core Competencies:
1.(1-5) years of experience in
banking / retail /hospitality sector.
2.Advance knowledge of MS Excel,
Access, and PowerPoint is desirable
3.Good verbal & written
communication skills
4.Must be a qualified B.com / M.com
/ M.B.A (finance) from a reputed institute preferred.
5.Good knowledge of technology
& compliance.
