THE ROLE :
Customer Experience is something we
take very seriously at Plivo.Due to the openness and flexibility of our APIs,
from time to time, our customers do require guidance on how to best use Plivo.
You will be the first point of contact for Plivo's customers and will help in
answering their queries and resolving their issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Monitor and resolve all tickets
coming into the support ticketing system from customers and carriers.
2.Categorise the tickets on the
basis of their priority and assign it accordingly to the dev, pre-sales, and ops teams and ensure their closure by a
thorough follow up.
3.Escalate and resolve the tickets
within the SLAs to ensure that the customer has a seamless support experience.
4.Have a fair and controlled
backlog. Ensure outstanding cases are followed through to their logical end.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Tier 1 customer support
experience supporting web based software platforms for atleast 2 years.
2.Proven ability to troubleshoot
software, understand customer requirements and workflow, and resolve more
advanced issues working within escalation procedures
3.Operational support experience -
ability to capture the user environment during trouble shooting and work
towards speedy and accurate resolutions for client issues
4.Strong written and verbal
communication and documentation skills
5.Obsessed with customer support
and delighting the customers
6.Should be willing to work in
night shifts(9pm- 6am)
