Knowledge required:
1.Good knowledge of Banking
Operation Product.
2.Good knowledge and communication
skills.
3.Knowledge of local and Banking
functions.
4.Knowledge of foreign exchange,
and relevant banking regulations
5.Should have knowledge of the
systems used.
6.Should be fully aware of
associated Operational Risks
7.Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain good relationship within the unit and external contacts.
8.Responsible for handling the
following operational related activities
9.Responsible for timely resolution
of queries relating to clients.
10.Should have effective servicing
skills and should be excellent in conflict management
