The APAC Customer Experience Operations
team is responsible for providing world-class service to customers in Southeast
Asia, India, Australia & New Zealand by resolving customer inquiries
through multiple contact channels, including Phone, Chat and Email. We are
hiring so that we are able to successfully address and resolve customer
inquiries to ensure first contact resolution.
Responsiblities :
1.Provide world-class service to
all Yahoo Customers in a customer-centric environment
2.Successfully resolve complex
customer Phone, Email, Chat & Social inquiries through the use of multiple
customer support tools
3.Document in detail all
interactions with customers
4.Identify and evaluate
opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use
of up-sell and cross-sell of products and services
5.Successfully performs against
department scorecard metrics including Quality Assurance, Average Handle Time,
and Customer Satisfaction Rating
Educational Qualification :
Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Experience : Freshers and
Experienced
Location : Bangalore
Must Have
1.At least one (1) year of customer
service experience - preferably related to online business, internet or
technical support
2.Demonstrate superior
troubleshooting skills with hardware and software applications in a PC/Mac
& Mobile environment
3.Must have flexibility to work on
night shifts, between 12:00am – 10:00am
4.Bachelors Degree in any
discipline
