Responsibilities :
1.Plans, designs, and develops new
feature functionality for our software applications per customer or internal
specifications.
2.Writes software applications that
contain logical solutions to business problems or questions.
3.Identifies, troubleshoots and
debugs defects in designated application code.
4.Works with the Development Team
to design, develop and document solutions.
5.Accountable for meeting delivery
dates on assigned projects and tasks.

1.Strong OOPS concepts
2.Exposure to and understanding of
design patterns and tools like UML, Sequence diagrams, etc
3.Strong understanding of the web
stack
4.Knowledge of the following

6.Servlets, Struts, Spring, EJB,
Javascript & JQuery(strong)
7.Redhat Linux, Windows o Servers

11.Exposure to PHP / ASP.Net
12.Domain knowledge of Banking,
