Responsibilities :
1.Applies defined software quality
best practices and procedures to design, influence, and drive quality and
testability of Intuit’s software
2.A passion for developing quality
oriented frameworks and software, ensuring superb code quality
3.Perform automated testing of new
releases for customer facing web commerce sites and applications
4.Review functional and technical
documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test plans,
test cases and test scripts
5.Conduct test case reviews to
ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality
6.Execute all components of product
testing such as functional, regression, end-to-end testing, performance and
load testing
7.Works on complex projects that
cover a wide range of technologies and interdependencies between platforms
requiring analytical skills and innovative thinking ensuring quality of the
overall software
8.Actively participate in
establishing project plans, estimating work and monitoring progress against
milestones
9.Work with Developers and
Marketers to understand project requirements and create real-world test cases
and use cases
10.Communicate and coordinate
testing with offshore and local teams
11.Make recommendations to improve
product reliability, performance, and quality assurance best practices and
processes
12.Investigate and evaluate new
testing technologies and products for application within the environment
13.Experience with Agile
Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Experienced

1.Experience with social, mobile,
cloud/SaaS, big data, or analytics
2.Familiar with the development
challenges inherent with highly scalable and available web applications
3.Always Be Learning: Experience
with open source technologies—you’re prototyping and/or researching the up and

Qualifications :
1.Knowledge and experience with
testing tools for application performance, test plan design and coverage
tracking
2.BS/MS in computer science or
equivalent work experience
3.Experience with the Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
4.Solid communication skills:
Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and
non-technical audiences
5.Experience with unit testing
& Test Driven Development (TDD)
6.Self-directed and self-motivated
individual who takes complete ownership of the product and its outcome
