Purpose of the role:
Manage a client servicing team to
ensure prompt delivery of service to the responsible clients in order to
achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance
indicators.
Main Accountabilities:
1.Team management
2.Business development
3.Preferably with experience in
Auto vertical
4.Maintain an accurate, complete,
up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior
management
5.Drive client satisfaction by
providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or
business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to
special requests.
6.Undertake sales activities
independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and
delivery of proposal and credentials
7.Ensure the generation of required
revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing in order
to meet the agreed budget targets
8.Identify and recommend enhanced
and new services that answer clients' business needs
9.Build and maintain ongoing
relationships with the identified key persons within client organization
Educational Qualification ;
Post-Graduation from a premier institute
Experience : Experienced
Location : Bangalore
QUALIFICATIONS :
1.Post-Graduation from a premier
institute
2.4 to 6 years’ experience in
Market Research-Consumer Insight
3.Hands-on customized market
research, agency experience (Auto experience is a plus)
4.Strong Client Focus and Pro activeness
5.Very Good Influencing &
Persuading Skills
6.Expert knowledge of statistics
and multivariate analysis
7.Expert knowledge of research
techniques and methodologies
