1.Resolve billing issues that have
resulted in delay in payment.
2.Make / Receive calls from
customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect
insurance details
3.Escalate difficult collection
situations to management in a timely manner
4.Ensure that the deliverable to
the client adhere to the quality standards
