Responsibilities:
1.Design and code complex demos and
PoCs that meet functional and business requirements on a tight schedule
2.Collaborate with fellow engineers
in creation of high quality deliverables
3.Recommend alternative solutions
to the Sales Engineers to meet the customer’s requirements
4.Write and maintain documentation
to describe technical approach, logic and system settings on each demo they
work on
5.Provide feedback to SEs on scope
accuracy and technical approach
6.Take up strategic initiatives
such as demo components / productivity tools / sharing best practices and
trainings
7.Ensure reliable backups and
source code integrity on all their demos
8.Provide input to establish and
improve departmental processes and procedures
9.Mentor junior team members and
plan to develop them into experts via trainings / informal or formal knowledge
sharing
10.Work effectively with the global
SSE team and collaborate on deal related demos and strategic initiatives
11.Escalate issues to management as
appropriate
12.Participate in design and code
reviews with other developers
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree and Master's degree
Experience : Freshers and
Experienced

Other Requirement:
1.Proven ability to complete
projects with a multidisciplinary team (Java/HTML/Graphic Design/etc)
2.Excellent understanding of web
based environments technologies
3.Proven ability to write high
quality readable code that is easily supportable and maintainable
4.Extremely capable with Java /
APEX
5.Excellent understanding of CRM
functionality – knowledge of CRM variants is a plus
6.Solid web development skills with
HTML, CSS, etc
7.Expert level capabilities in
Javascript, JSON, and Ajax, and a deep knowledge of JQuery
8. Good understanding of secure web
programming practices
9.Excellent knowledge of web-based
technologies, XML processing
10.Good understanding of building
(Hybrid) apps for iPads / iPhones
11.Hands on experience with
database design and implementation
12.Understanding of app development
and modern best practices
13.Proven ability to develop and
document requirements and specifications

communication skills
