Job Description :
The primary role of the Lead
Software Engineer is to provide programmed solutions to satisfy complex
requirements, to time and budget; to investigate any issues raised by
customers, often in liaison with a consultant or Support Manager; to mentor,
train, develop and provide work direction to junior members of staff in
technical standards and development processes. Work allocation, tracking /
monitoring of staff members (SSE & SE) in his module / scrum team.
