Job Description:
1.Experience in technical service desk, handling incident and problem management with basic to advanced Windows knowledge
2.As a technical specialist, the candidate will be required to liaise with the customer as focal point for all incidents reported including major and priority incidents
3.Lead all incidents from identification, reporting, RCA to closure
4.Provide technical support and coordination to the client groups involved
5.Provide support and participate in incident identification and reporting process
6.Provide appropriate inputs to the problem management teams and RCA preparation
7.Develop an understanding of the client’s organizational structure and infrastructure environment
8.Should be proficient in documentation and all follow-up activities relating to incident and problem management

9.Drive group chats and bridge calls effectively to resolve incidents on priority
