Job Description :
1.This Software Verification
Engineering Manager will lead a geographically diverse team of software
verification engineers in support of IoT devices containing microcontrollers,
transceivers, sensors, analog front ends, DACs, ADCs, accelerometers, modules
etc.
2.The successful candidate will
have a proven track record of validating and verifying application software,
algorithmic software, IoT protocol stacks, or system software in real-time,
embedded devices.
3.Will lead his/her team in the
development and execution of system and application testing activities
including strategy, planning, estimation, test case design, automation,
traceability, test execution, defect management and reporting.
4.The manager will assign
engineering resources to projects, setting and measuring objectives, goals and
milestones.
5.Will be responsible for
developing consistent quality assurance and testing procedures that align with
business objectives and standards.
6.Manage and direct engineering
resources to ensure effective project definition, planning, development,
testing and delivery of software products to business units and end customers.
7.Understanding requirements and
instilling a requirements driven approach to software testing.
8.Effectively interact and
communicate with other engineering and business teams.
9.Define strong practices and
procedures that help to continuously improve the team's software verification
abilities.
Educational Qualification : BS/MS
Experience : experienced
Location : bangalore
Require Skills :
1.Strong knowledge of C/C++, test
automation, and Agile software development principles required.
2.Experience with Jenkins
continuous integration environments, JAMA requirements management and Atlassian
software tools a plus.
