1.Connect with business
stakeholders to understand as is business processes & scope of IT to
provide business benefit
2.Clear understanding of
requirements gathering and solutioning of business needs
3.Design to-be business process
& solution blueprints
4.various stakeholders including
sector / global teams on solution design & roadmap.
5.Ability to engage senior
management at various levels to gain sign-off and hold stage gate meetings
.
Application Management :
1.Manage critical system parameters
for in-scope applications & align all stakeholders (solutions, sustain,
tech infra) / external vendors to deliver superior quality of service to end
users.
2.Support the introduction of new
technologies which are required to enable the execution of Best Practices
3.Ability to understand technical
operations and ITIL process to enable activation and monitoring of key IT
controls and help business define and establish relevant business key automated
controls and monitoring
4.Manage the testing / release
management / change management process for all in-scope applications.
