Responsibilities :
1.Develop and grow revenue through
consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm,
professional, well-spoken and caring persona as an effective representative of
SOTI
2.Conduct onsite and remote
demonstrations of SOTI products
3.Provide pre-sales technical
support to prospective customers
4.Analyze SOTI's market segment and
generate recommendations for product roadmaps
5.Investigate issues reported by
customers, and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve
product issues
6.Provide email and telephone based
pre and post-sales, technical support for our software products
Educational Qualification : Any
graduate and post graduate
Experience : Freshers and
experienced
Location : India
Qualifications :
1.Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
2.Solid understanding of computer
networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting, etc)
3.Knowledge of mobile computing
platforms (Android, iOS and Windows Mobile)
4.Vertical market expertise within
the carrier market
5.Able to plan, prioritize and
organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed
objectives
6.Prior experience working with
mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, SaaS is an
asset
7.Knowledge of Active Directory,
certificates, CRM solutions is an asset
8.Experience with databases,
Microsoft SQL s
erver, MY SQL, Oracle is an asset
9.Experience with containerization
and virtualization is an asset
