Role purpose:
1.Directing branch operations to grow customer and revenue market share
2.Responsible for managing gross and net adds/total revenue through market and distribution planning, channel management, customer service delivery  and brand initiative implementation
3.Ensuring smooth operations while identifying opportunities for cost control on an ongoing basis

Educational Qualification : graduation in business management/MBA
Experience : 3-7 years of experience

4.Take specific & demonstrable measures to drive the agendas in the team R&R Related( As per monthly targets)
5.Managing Subscriber Churn of the Zone.
6.Managing Revenue Churn of the Zone.
7. Reduction of DTPGSB Churn of the Zone.
8.Reduction of high value churn.
9.Reduction of high AON churn.
10.Store Retention.
11.Vas/Data upselling.
12.Ensuring timely resolution and closures of complaints  SR escalation
13.Meeting compliance and third party audits

16.Postpaid Life Cycle Management through process change/competition benchmarking/innovation/best practice/VoC & Market Inputs
