Key Responsibilities:
1.2-4 yrs
2.Analyzing the enhancements
required in the knowledge base as per the product requirements and accordingly
tunes the knowledge base as per the enhancements.
3.On regular basis tune the product
knowledge base and keep it up to date.
4.Analyzing the project
requirements and accordingly tune the knowledge base as per the project
requirements.
5.Detail documentation of all
knowledge base updates and tuning activities made in the product.
6.Detail documentation all
knowledge base tuning activities conducted as per the project needs.
Educational Qualification :
B.Sc./B.Com
Experience : Freshers and
experienced
Location : Mumbai
Additional Skills :
1.Knowledge of SQL (Basic queries,
procedures and functions)
2.Knowledge of Natural language
processing would be an added advantage
