Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Defines sales target at dealer’s
level
2.Sets up the dealers’ sales
business plan
3.Adapts NSC strategy to the dealer
level
4.Commits a yearly target with each
dealer and implements actions to reach it
5.Elaborates a sales diagnostic for
each dealer
6.Participates in the Ideal Network
Planning
7.Analyses the dealers’ market
potential
8.Sets up a business plan per
dealer including sales, marketing, media, local press and public relation
activities
9.Commits Sales target to dealers,
including model mix and fleet targets, based on national target
10.Uses the tactical actions
11.Develops local events or
partnerships at dealer level
12.Advises the dealers regarding
organization, sales processes, stock management, standards
13.Defines the local communication
and media plan with the dealers
14.Ensures that each dealer has the
right volume of new cars’ stock and demonstrator cars
15.Organizes twice a year a dealer
meeting in his area
16.Ensures that each dealer is
participating in the necessary trainings
17.Advises on ideal organization at
dealers
18.Ensures all Audi standards are
fulfilled by the dealers
Educational Qualification :
Business School, University Degree
Experience : 10-12 years of strong
experience in the automotive industry
Location : Mumbai
