3.Knowledge of Creating and
Consuming WCF Web services
4.Strong knowledge of Software
implementation best practices
5.Solid understanding of
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
6.Candidate should be able to
develop new functionality/enhancements on existing products/applications
