Job Location:
1.Manage the team (of 5 persons)
responsible for finalisation of standalone financials of all Subsidiaries and
branches spread across 40 overseas locations
2.Responsible for preparation of
consolidated financial statement, in compliance with Accounting Standards, for
the group with other analysis at group level
3.Assist in operating and
developing our automated accounting systems - SAP
4.Responsible for making forecast
of all international payments to vendors, employees and group companies and
ensuring payments are done on a timely basis
5.Monitoring the fund position at
various locations for timely investment and repatriation
6.Handling the consultants of
various overseas locations for coordinating for queries relating to operational
issues, audit and monthly review
7.Coordinate with other Accounting
Managers on preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements, taxation
and compliance related matters
8.Review and/or implement internal
controls in subsidiary operations

CA-Intern
Experience : 02 - 05 Years
