 Responsibility :
1.Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of the Reports and processes to ensure business goals are met.
2.Strictly follow the reporting standards and error escalation mechanisms.
3.To foster and maintain key relationships within business work area and wider organisations, including internal IT support groups.
4.To document and maintain processes
5.Ensure consistent achievement of Delivery, timelines and quality standards
6.Support ad-hoc requests/queries, new development/design from customers or business in a timely manner
7.Process Re-engineering and Optimization by proactively Identifying, Recommending  & implementing improvements and building efficiencies in regular processes
8.Understand business requirements and End to End system design principles to ensure that those are consistently followed in all subsequent enhancements.
9.Utilise knowledge and past experience to consider a number of alternative approaches and understand the implications for the bank of chosen alternatives.                          
10.Maintains adherence to ANZ methodology and Core Compliance
11.Work as a team in collaboration with on-shore teams to meet targets and Service Level Agreements in a consistent and expected manner
12.Ensure continuos improvement by Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, automate for cycle time reduction, 13.enhance controls  and enhance customer experience.
14.Raise issues for consideration by line management where these impact policy or other material considerations
15.Participate in special projects to enhance and build new MIS reporting capabilities
16.Build relationships with key stakeholders and customers to establish requirements and expectations
17.Maintain dissemination of information through effective communication with all customers

Educational Qualification : Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with exposure to Banking Domain
Experience : 7 to 9  Years
Location : INdia

Essential Skills Required :
1.High level of proficiency in MS SQL Server 2008/2012,ETL (SSIS and Advanced T-SQL Programming)
2.Experience with MIS Reporting, database management and data manipulation.
3.Design develop database requirements as per the solution design provided.
4.Process improvement in ETL processes.
5.Understand and apply SDLC Process.
6.Strong focus on Attention to detail and quality of delivery
7.Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude and flexibility to changes
8.Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
9.Demonstrated sound analytical & problem solving skills
10.Ability to work as part of a team
