Key Activities :
1.Proactively seeks, finds and
recommends opportunities to improve customer experience, processes, policies
and profit for our company.
2.Provides accurate and concise
results and presents findings, recommendations and presentations to Senior
Management.
3.Expected to work on multiple
projects with limited guidance.
4.Effectively mentors other
analysts within same risk team and other risk teams to help them develop their
risk management skills and knowledge.
5.May work on several projects and
processes.
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline

Qualifications :
1.3+ years of related analytical
experience
2.Strong knowledge and
understanding of financial services
3.Strong analytical, technical and
statistical skills. Ability to
synthesize / analyze diverse information, develops recommendations, and makes
decisions.
4.Project Management Skills --
well-organized, structured approach.
Ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables. Ability to manage and prioritize projects
across cross-functional groups.
5.Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals across departments /
functions and with senior-level individuals.
6.2+ years of SAS programming
experience (PC, UNIX or mainframe).
7.Highly proficient in Microsoft
Office suite of products
