Duties & Responsibilities :
1.Solid EDI experience (mapping,
VANS, translators, interfacing, etc.) including experience with Sterling B2Bi
which utilize EDI standards (ANSI .X12, EDIFACT, XML/cXML, API, WebServices,
etc.) , covering partner data to/from company format (between EDI Std and SAP
IDoc) Designs, develops, and enforces new EDI procedures and the changes to new
and active EDI clients.
2. Working with EDI Specifications
– ANSI .X12, EDIFACT, cXML, SAP IDoc Monitoring – EDI processes and error
detection / resolution Working with SAP IDocs / ALE – Partner, Message Type,
IDoc setup / configuration, error resolution.
3. Process Scripts – Process flow
using CMD, VBScript, UNIX / Bash shell, Electronic Exchanges – VAN, FTP, SFTP,
FTP(S), file/ data encryption Knowledge of information systems policies,
procedures and terms demonstrated by the ability to prepare program
specifications and application designs for small-to-medium application
enhancements or design changes This position requires someone who supports
comprehensive documentation and is proactive with identification of
opportunities regarding solutions.

Skills Required :
1.A minimum of 6 years of
experience in development of new programs/applications or maintaining and/or
supporting existing programs/systems
2.Minimum 5 years experience with
ANSI .X12, EDIFACT, XML/cXML, SAP IDoc used for PO's, POA's, ASN's, Inv's, BOL,
POD, Bank Payments, and Lockbox
3.Working experience with data
communication methods such as VAN, FTP, SFTP, as well as encryption protocols
including .509, PGP, etc. is required.
4.Proficient experience integrating
EDI messages with SAP IDocs
5.Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
6.Broad understanding of
application of principles, theories and concepts in information technology and
programming, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
