Responsibilities :
1.As a part of the systems Analysts
team, the potential candidate should be able to work independently in gathering
requirements in business pain areas, design solutions, configure, gap-fit, test
and deploy successfully.
2.Ability to independently support
Finance teams in various modules of Oracle Financials including Projects
3.Should be able to solve business
problems related to Accounting, FPnA and budgeting is desirable. This makes it
imperative to have strong accounting knowledge
4.Strong Experience in working with
Development teams and should be able to translate functional requirements into
technical design, work with development team by owning the full customization
to refine it to a level where it is sign-off-ready based on the requirement
gathered. Should be able to work easily with SQL/PLSQL and it is desirable to
be able to work through Oracle procedures/functions and reports/forms
5.Should be able to work with
Quality Assurance teams with good knowledge of all test cycles, along with
knowledge of AIM/OUM and or at least one Oracle implementation methodology
Basic Qualifications :
1.Oracle Applications support and
at least 2 full cycle implementations experience while working on Financial
modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General
Ledger and Cash Management is a must-have for candidates to apply
2.Should have good working
knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, and other technical abilities are preferred
3.Accounting knowledge is required,
preferably with an accounting qualification like CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)
4.Engineers with strong
Finance/Accounting knowledge are welcome to apply
5.Knowledge of various Oracle
Implementation methodologies is a must-have
6.Preferably Certified in at least
one Oracle Financials/Projects tracks
7.Excellent Communication,
Presentation, Client facing abilities and business interaction experience is
imperative to apply and a top criteria
Educational Qualification :
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
