Role :

2.Follow-up status of ongoing
projects with all members of the CE Hub (staff and contingent workers)
3.Discuss and validate projects
from all regions and distribute the work based on available capacity,
competencies and regional preferences
4.Report status to all regional RTS
managers and teams about all projects on a monthly/quarterly basis
5.Manage the relationship with
external service providers (Wipro, contractor firms) through SLA management and
periodic contract reviews
6.Discuss quarterly forecasts with
regional leads and external service provider (Wipro)
7.Review internal processes and
suggest improvements
8.Prepare and follow-up of resource
planning and budgets
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor degree; Master is a plus.

1.Solid inter-personal and
communication skills – required to manage a cross-cultural team in multiple
timezones
2.Excellent command of English
(both spoken and written). Any other language is an asset.
