Responsibilities :
1.Initial escalation point for
Service Desk Tier 1 for application issues
2.Maintain and update 3rd party
applications (IIS, .NET etc..)
3.Monitor application performance
(e.g. memory, logging, latency)
4.Writing SQL queries for data
analytics
5.Problem Management for
Applications
6.Code release into Test and
Production environments
7.Support application deployment
for new and existing services or features working with different groups like
Product Development and Engineering
8.Support Customer Support on
merchant escalated issues specific to applications. (e.g. increase latency)
9.Implement and maintain
Performance monitoring dashboards using industry standard tools (Splunk,
Thousand Eyes, Graphite etc..)
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
Experience : 3 years
Location : bangalore
Qualifications :
1.3 years working in a Windows
environment.
2.Knowledge of LAN/WAN
3.General understanding of
programming concepts
4.PowerShell/shell scripting knowledge
5.Experience writing basic SQL
queries
6.Familiarity with navigating
around Linux command line
7.Knowledge of system
administration, databases and/or network topology
8.Strong written and communication
skills
9.Strong work ethic, self-starter,
ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
10.Self-motivated and goal driven
to run with individual projects to meet business needs
11.Help planning and directing of
projects to ensure application efficiency
12.Ability to adapt to shift work
(off hours/weekend work)
13.Strong technical aptitude and a

14.Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent work
