Key Responsibilities:
1.To be well versed with EHS / CAR
Policy and safety norms for various types of constructions.
2.Understand the BOQ of the
architect and guide the contractors and supervisors accordingly.
3.Check the BOQ Quantifications.
4.Monitor progress and compile
daily and weekly reports on the project status.
5.To inspect quality of materials
at the site as per the architect recommendations.
6.To inspect the quality of works
executed by the contractors as per the design cross sections.
7.o monitor the work flow sequence
with a proper track of activities.
8.To be present at the site full
time to coordinate and guide the work man on the work quantum.
Educational Qualification : B.E/B.Tech
Experience : 3-4 years
